Job Title: ERP Coordinator
We are seeking a talented ERP Coordinator to join our team at Ciel HR Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to end-users in navigating and utilizing the ERP system, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting basic issues related to system functionality.
Responsibilities:
- System Support:
• Provide assistance to end-users in navigating and utilizing the ERP system.
• Address user queries and troubleshoot basic issues related to system functionality. - Data Entry and Maintenance:
• Input and update data into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validations. - Documentation:
• Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and user guides related to the ERP system.
• Maintain updated documentation to facilitate smooth system usage. - System Testing:
• Assist in testing new features, modules, or updates within the ERP system.
• Report any bugs or issues encountered during testing to the relevant team members. - Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between end-users and IT/ERP support teams.
• Relay user feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate stakeholders. - Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on new features, functionalities, and best practices related to the ERP system.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-learning and training opportunities. - Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for process improvement within the ERP system usage.
• Propose suggestions for optimizing workflows and enhancing system efficiency. - Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of ERP system usage with organizational goals.
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to ERP system enhancements or modifications. - Ad-hoc Tasks:
• Assist in miscellaneous tasks related to ERP system administration and support as assigned by supervisors.
• Help in the coordination of the ERP development process. - Productivity Enhancement:
• Assist team members in improving productivity and data analysis through the development of programmed datasheets, documents, and presentations.
• Implement process automation and data collections using Microsoft Power Platforms and other tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
• Hands-on experience/knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ODOO).
