Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineering manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, architecting and developing platforms, and driving transformative shifts within the company.

As an engineering manager, you will work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps, provide technical guidance to teams, and manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, continually raising engineering standards, and optimizing low-latency streaming pipelines.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • Experience in designing, building, and scaling production applications
  • Ability to uplevel junior engineers and foster a high-quality code environment
  • Deep customer empathy and passion for building an open financial system
