We are seeking a seasoned Appian and Database professional to guarantee seamless application operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise-grade solutions, specifically centered around Appian BPM and database environments.

This role demands an individual with profound technical expertise, complemented by excellent problem-solving and communication skills, preferably within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will be accountable for supporting the entire application lifecycle, overseeing upgrades, ensuring service level agreements are met, and serving as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

  • Ensure continuous business functionality of Appian applications and related databases.
  • L1 Support: Monitor systems, handle routine issues, job failures, perform initial troubleshooting
  • L2 Support: In-depth troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes
  • L3 Support: Advanced technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations

This position requires close collaboration with microservices architecture, understanding DevOps pipelines, and maintaining traceability and transparency through tools like JIRA.
