We are looking for a seasoned Legal Director to spearhead our legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical.

This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and business, driving growth while managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

Key responsibilities will include partnering with GTM and sales leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts; driving agile and compliant GTM execution; advising on AI governance and data usage; shaping internal policies around responsible and ethical AI; protecting and commercializing IP; leading implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks; and managing regulatory risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology/AI law, commercial contracting, and data privacy; excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; and a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with GTM and sales leaders to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.">
  • Drive agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches and marketing communications.">
  • Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks.">
  • Shape internal policies around responsible and ethical AI.">
  • Protect and commercialize IP, algorithms, and proprietary datasets.">
  • Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks.">
  • Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy.">

What We Are Looking For:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles.">
  • Strong experience in technology/AI law, commercial contracting, and data privacy.">
  • Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations.">
  • Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility.">
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.">
