Health Insurance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Health Insurance Specialist to manage the entire product life cycle, from ideation to filing and approval with regulatory bodies. This key role involves developing and implementing new health insurance products tailored to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and launch innovative health insurance solutions that cater to diverse customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Maintain loss ratios and recommend corrective actions to ensure a healthy book of business.
  • Provide training to sales teams on product features and handle customer escalations effectively.
  • Generate data-driven insights and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • Undergraduate degree in medical sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in health insurance or life insurance.
