Job Description

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive developer experience and platform engineering initiatives. As a Staff Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal platforms and driving adoption of cloud-native solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team, design innovative tools, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align developer experience with organizational goals.

  • Lead the Developer Productivity/Platform Engineering team, setting the vision and execution roadmap.
  • Design and build internal tools/platforms that optimize CI/CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, AWS, ephemeral environments, service monitoring tools).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in platform/dev productivity roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Spinnaker/Jenkins/ArgoCD, IaC.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, dynamic test selection, code quality gates.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Java (Go preferred for tooling/frameworks).
  • Experience designing ephemeral environments, monitoring/observability tools.
