Job Title: ServiceNow- OTM Solution Consultant

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced ITSM professional to join our team as a ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients using ServiceNow OTM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing ServiceNow OTM configuration, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.
  • Developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data import and export.
  • Configuring and enhancing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform.
  • Developing training materials and training stakeholders on new processes and procedures.
  • Working closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management and ServiceNow implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow OTM configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/UNIX administration and PowerShell scripting.
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing.
