About the Role
Key Responsibilities- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel for business trips, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Office Management: Manage daily office administration, ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date registers, including office supplies, correspondence, and admin-related accounts.
- Guest House Oversight: Ensure the efficient operation of the Company Guest House.
- Scheduling: Prioritize and manage schedules and appointments of Senior Executives.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize team events to ensure their successful execution.
- Reporting: Prepare timely, concise, and accurate reports in prescribed formats.
- Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative role, preferably from the Hospitality or Travel industry.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Priorities: Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and work effectively with others.
