SAP EH&S Business Solution Expert

As a seasoned business analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the EH&S function and IT teams. Your expertise in managing EH&S-related IT projects, from requirements gathering to delivery, will drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and communication between EH&S and IT teams.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet EH&S business needs, leveraging analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to ensure alignment of local needs with global standards, promoting consistency and best practices.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements, maintaining high levels of quality and integrity.
  • Support change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units, driving user engagement and acceptance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Proven knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management, including end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules.
  • ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications.
  • Experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
