
Multilingual Customer Support and Content Coordinator

As a customer support and content associate in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer satisfaction by translating English content, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints via email, social media, and calls.
You will be responsible for understanding company products and services, supporting customers through email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls, resolving customer complaints and queries, maintaining records of each phone call for future reference, providing new employees with training sessions, offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction, following up with customers for further information, taking feedback from customers, negotiating terms and conditions with customers, and creating content for marketing requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in providing support in respective languages.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
