We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Full Stack development group, which operates with the mission of delivering top-notch back-end and front-end components to Rapyuta Robotics' products worldwide. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust backend platform and intuitive front-end components for warehouse solutions aimed at reducing dull, dirty, and dangerous work at warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and alignment: work closely with product owners and system architects to ensure the right things are built by your group.
  • Feature Definition: Conduct user research, align with product owners to understand customer requirements, build personas, collate requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Strategic Planning: Actively contribute to the vision and roadmap of full-stack components, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Backlog Management: Direct the creation and clarity of tasks, prioritize essential activities, validate and accept completed work, all while ensuring a balance between innovation and essential technical refinements.
  • Supporting value delivery: Support the team in delivering value by balancing stakeholder perspectives, elaborating stories, and fostering built-in quality.
  • Feedback Implementation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively soliciting, receiving, and implementing feedback from all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • An advanced degree in computer science or equivalent development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in full-stack development (backend technologies such as FastAPI/Django and front-end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in running an agile team.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical management/leadership role (such as Engineering Manager, Engineering Leader, Technical Program Manager).
