Event Venue Associate Job

This role is based in Dubai and involves working with a client to handle event inquiries. The successful candidate will support the category manager in shortlisting venues, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining CRM updates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in events and venues, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management. A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management is required, and fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Arabic language skills are also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shortlist event venues according to client requirements
  • Coordinate with venue partners to collect availability, pricing, and package details
  • Maintain a venue database with capacity, layouts, minimum spend, and F&B inclusions
  • Track inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations in CRM
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management
  • 1-4 years of experience in events and venues
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Arabic a plus)
  • Good understanding of events and venues
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management
