Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Catalog Management Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing product catalogs, with expertise in vendor sourcing and management, category development, and team leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Vendor Sourcing and Management:
    • Sourcing new vendors and onboarding them into our system
    • Negotiating the best rates and terms for our business
    • Ensuring timely payments and debit transactions
  • Category Development:
    • Identifying products and offers that meet our business needs
    • Analyzing consumption patterns across various geographies
    • Developing and implementing strategies for profitable growth
  • Team Leadership:
    • Managing a team of officers and promoters
    • Coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations
    • Providing training and support to team members
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA with 10 years experience in FMCG or General Merchandising Product base industry
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, planning, delegation, coordination, follow-up, and team handling skills
    • Proficiency in Excel and related processes
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
