Job Role:

The Job Summary highlights the importance of a Channel Account Manager in driving sales growth for telecommunications products and services by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet Monthly Sales Objectives:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets through channel partners.
    • Collaborate with partners to create and implement sales plans for TTBS products, including SDWAN, PRI, Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, SIP Trunk, C-PaaS, Microsoft Azure Solutions, Cyber Security, VAPT, SOC, and SEIM solutions.
  • Account Management:
    • Nurture existing partner accounts to ensure continued business expansion.
    • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support.
    • Create and implement account plans to maximize sales opportunities and meet targets.
  • Business Partner Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with business partners.
