Job Title: Medical Data Labeling Specialist

Job Description:

  • Annotate and label medical data, primarily images and structured clinical data related to eye health.
  • Apply standardized grading protocols consistently for accurate and consistent labeling.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and reviews to maintain annotation consistency.
  • Work with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure the clinical validity of guidelines.
  • Validate AI model outputs for clinical accuracy and safety.
  • Possibly create or review materials for AI/ML algorithms to provide accurate patient education.
  • Ensure compliance with patient privacy and data security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a MBBS degree with at least 1-2 years of clinical experience.
  • Hold extensive knowledge of various eye conditions.
  • Have experience in clinical data review.
  • Commitment to accurate annotation is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team is necessary.

  • Medical image annotation using annotation tools is a must.
  • Data interpretation and assessment skills are necessary.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • Adaptability to varying image resolutions and file formats is a plus.
