Job Description:

As a cloud security specialist at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program. Your goal will be to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security policies and procedures, cloud infrastructure setup, and regulatory compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA. You will also have experience with infosec audits and implementations, including conducting internal audits covering all departments as per ISO 2700 and SOC 2/GDPR requirements.

You will be responsible for preparing policies and procedures for information security, imparting training on information security best practices, and performing regular security assessments and risk management activities. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of personal integrity, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a corporate-wide information security management program.
  • Understand and suggest improvements to client policies and procedures related to information security.
  • Assess and improve cloud infrastructure setup for clients.
  • Prepare policies and procedures for information security.
  • Impart training on information security best practices.
  • Perform regular security assessments and risk management activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT) /MCA/ Business administration in a technology-related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Information security, Governance, Risk and Compliance.
  • Understanding of Unified/Secure Controls Framework.
  • Experience with infosec audits and implementations, including conducting internal audits.
  • Professional security management certification (Like ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer Certification or CISA or CISSP).
  • Knowledge of security controls of AWS / Microsoft Azure / GCP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of personal integrity.
  • Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
