Data Integration Developer

Job Description

Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes, reports, and database solutions using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server. This role requires deep technical expertise to deliver high-quality code, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.

This is a 100% long-term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9-hour shifts between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hours on Pacific time zone.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
  • Expertise in SQL/PL-SQL (query optimization, indexing, stored procedures)
  • Familiarity with C#/.NET for scripting and API development (nice-to-have)
Benefits

The candidate will work closely with the Onshore Coordinator and Offshore Lead to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Document code, data mappings, and technical specifications in Confluence/Jira.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Others

The required skills include Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence.

Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary.

Able to work independently and mentor junior developers.

Excellent communication to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Certifications (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, ETL Tools) preferred.

Experience in financial, healthcare, or telecom domains is advantageous.
