Job Title: Storage and Backup Specialist

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage and Backup Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storage and backup solutions, with expertise in IBM FlashSystem 7300 (FS7300), NetApp C Series, Veritas NetBackup 11, and Brocade SAN switches.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise storage and backup solutions to ensure data availability, integrity, and recoverability across all systems.
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot IBM FlashSystem 7300 (FS7300) and NetApp C Series environments.
  • Implement and maintain data replication strategies using IBM replication technologies and NetApp.
  • Manage and optimize Veritas NetBackup 11 solutions.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Brocade SAN switches.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Storage Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in IBM Storage, NetApp Storage, and Brocade SAN switches.
  • Proven experience with performance analysis and tuning of storage systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
