Job Opportunity: Property Asset Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of a facility site, ensuring efficiency through innovative and technological means.

About the Role
  • Lead a team at the site to ensure they have the necessary support and guidance to tackle challenges.
  • Establish effective budgeting controls and monitor performance indicators for service delivery.
  • Maintain high-performing service level agreements and achieve excellent results.
  • Ensure timely renewal of agreements and submission of invoices with follow-ups for payments.
  • Oversee vendor quotations and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify attendance records and cost sheet submissions are accurate and complete.
  • Submit client-approved cost sheets to the office and follow up on invoices in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy of billing information.
  • Plan and manage manpower requirements, participate in hiring processes, conduct daily site visits, and maintain facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to create annual budgets and develop strategies for efficient management.
  • Review and update data, emails, and client files regularly.
  • Address occupant queries verbally and in writing.
  • Implement robust complaint management processes and communicate operational updates to occupants and authorities.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop business continuity plans and resolve emergency maintenance issues promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with projects, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Maintain the as-built drawing and transition document library.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, HO, SME, training teams, and close required reports.
  • Deliver services under the motto 'Safety First.'
