At the forefront of our sales strategy, we seek an experienced Senior Client Acquisition Specialist to spearhead growth through strategic client relationships and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with existing and new clients by comprehensively understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, referrals, and industry connections.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of client goals, preferences, and pain points to deliver exceptional value and drive long-term business success.
- Manage and optimize sales pipelines to achieve individual and team targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely payment collections, fostering a culture of reliability and trust.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in Client Acquisition and Revenue Generation, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven self-motivation and ability to drive results independently, as well as contribute to a cohesive team environment.
- A strong appetite for growth and learning, coupled with adaptability in a dynamic business landscape.
- An openness to exploring independent contractor (IC) roles and embracing a 6-day workweek schedule.
