Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-11 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on design patterns, architecture, and software engineering principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of Java and related frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and other popular libraries.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, with expertise in database design, normalization, and optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
