As a creative problem solver, you will develop innovative interior design concepts and bring them to life through detailed drawings and plans.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create designs that balance aesthetics with functionality, taking into account the needs of users and stakeholders.
  • Analyze user requirements and conduct research to inform design decisions.
  • Present design ideas and plans to clients and team members using sketches and other visual aids.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive construction documents, including specifications and drawings, that meet company standards.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in architectural interior design, with a strong portfolio and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other industry-standard software.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and NavisWorks is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of materials, textures, and finishes.
  • Ability to select furniture, lighting, equipment, and window treatments that meet client needs.
  • Ergonomic principles and disability codes.
  • Interior lighting design.
  • Sanitary fixtures and accessories.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit for interior design concepts.
