Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
- Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in AI/ML projects.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
- Business Acumen:
- Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
- Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
