Accounting Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accounting reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, financial forecasting, budget preparation, and customer billing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business transactions are accurately reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate payables and receivables processes.
  • Assist with the annual audit process, including the draft of financial statements and related notes.
  • Analyze expense variances for company management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable operations.
  • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Document financial transactions by recording account details.
  • Recommend financial actions by evaluating accounting options.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
  • Verify financial transactions by auditing documents and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities, answering questions, and providing training.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and identifying solutions.
  • Secure financial information by completing database backups and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial regulations by studying legislation, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Protect customer confidentiality and maintain operational security by restricting access to sensitive financial information.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
