Customer Service Representative

    • Collaborate with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to find effective solutions to problems.
  • Requirements and Skills:
    • Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service.
    • Knowledge of automotive repair, parts, and components.
    • Technical or engineering background.
    • Proficiency in English language.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
    • Adaptability to various customer personalities and preferences.
    • Teamwork skills for working effectively with team members and other departments.
