Job Summary

This role is a unique opportunity to join an elite team of experts in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and support.

  • We are seeking an exceptional professional with extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all Oracle Fusion modules, proficiency in functional knowledge of O2C, R2R, P2P, PPM, PA, and Oracle Projects.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Oracle Fusion technology stack, PLSQL, OTBI, and BI Reports, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Solution Design: Lead hands-on implementation and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and Oracle E-business suite R12.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide in-depth functional knowledge of all Oracle Fusion modules and offer guidance on configuration and process optimization.
  • Business Analysis: Bridge the gap between business and IT by eliciting and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Eliciting and Documenting Business Requirements: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyzing Business Processes: Identify areas for improvement by mapping out current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimized processes that align with best practices.
  • Participating in System Design and Configuration: Contribute to the design and configuration of the Fusion ERP system to ensure it meets business requirements.
  • Supporting Change Management Initiatives: Assist stakeholders in understanding the benefits of the new system and processes, develop training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Managing System Integrations, Interfaces, and Data Migrations: Ensure seamless data flow between systems and maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Fusion ERP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/CA/MBA Finance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion stack and a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Experience in at least 5 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implementation, and optimization) of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12.
  • Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM/Project Management Certification.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Additional Considerations:

  • Project Management: Experience in managing ERP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Fusion ERP system.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensuring that the Fusion ERP system complies with various regulatory requirements and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
