About This Role

  • We are seeking an individual who can spearhead various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, analyze and document business requirements to inform project planning and execution.

  2. Conduct thorough analysis to identify requirements gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.

  3. Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

  4. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

  5. Assist in change management processes identifying potential impacts and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, project plans and status reports.

  7. Utilize project tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountability within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in documentation techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
