Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

The ideal candidate will oversee fleet acquisition & retention, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead driver engagement initiatives.

  • Strategize and execute supply growth plans in target cities
  • Conduct market research and surveys to inform business decisions
  • Support sales, marketing, and other functional teams in achieving company objectives
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions & retentions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve market share
  • Recruit, hire, and retain talent to support operational needs
  • Negotiate with local authorities to ensure effective supply chain management
  • Design and implement driver onboarding processes
  • Take ownership of new projects & initiatives to drive business growth
  • Identify and address supply gaps within regions
Requirements

A minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment is required. Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing operational teams across different cities/regions are essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use data to inform business decisions, are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must-haves.

Experience working in startups and familiarity with the supply ecosystem in consumer tech environments are highly valued.
