  • Engaging with customers via telephone calls to provide information and resolve queries.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and retention.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Work Arrangements
