Backend Firmware Developer Position

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Firmware Developer to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in firmware design and development, with experience in designing and implementing flash translation and/or flash management modules of SSD firmware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop firmware for NAND Flash based Storage products on SATA/PCIe/NVMe platforms
  • Implement data structures, algorithms, and embedded C programming skills
  • Develop and test firmware on multi-core platforms
  • Debug firmware issues using logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, simulators, and emulators

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in software development, with 2-3 years of experience in SSD firmware development
  • Proven track record of firmware design and development experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex firmware and hardware issues
  • Attitude to learn and contribute quickly, pro-active and self-motivated in day-to-day tasks
