Job Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analytics and AI Strategist to lead efforts in maturing our cybersecurity analytical and AI capabilities.

  • This role is a critical part of a cross-disciplinary team responsible for the full-stack security, AI, and analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to mature Cybersecurity Analytics and AI.
  • Work on the creation and maintenance of the Cybersecurity Analytics and AI Platform.
  • Partner with product, platform, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the adoption of best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in technology domains such as business intelligence dashboards, AI, and workflow automation.
  • Be responsible for technology in areas such as AWS Data Lake, QuickSight, Bedrock, Python, and LangGraph workflows.
  • Develop and promote security and resiliency architecture strategies, frameworks, and patterns.
  • Assist in defining and implementing CI/CD pipeline tools, test plans, and vulnerability assessment tools for the Cybersecurity Analytics and AI Platform.
  • Serve as a champion for secure infrastructure-as-code for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, including preparing and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills
  • Expert knowledge of AWS Data Lake, Glue, QuickSight, and Python.
  • Working knowledge of cloud service providers (AWS as primary, Azure, GCP are a plus).
  • Working knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and secure network architectures.
  • Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
  • Basic understanding of network security and data encryption.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.
