Data Analyst Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and/or data modeling, with 4-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of complex transformation program development within data portfolio.
  • Work with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products that serve customer needs.
  • Perform business change, functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and analysis across stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.
  • Understand user journey end-to-end, beyond system scope.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming entities, attributes and tables.
  • Maintain data models and quality metadata artefacts.

Requirements

  • Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience 4-10 years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
  • Maintain quality metadata and data related artefacts.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment with SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Other Skills: SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm.
