Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outbound dialing systems, monitoring the dialer platform, ensuring compliance with dialling strategies, analyzing data to improve contact rates and overall campaign effectiveness, and supporting the collections team with insights that drive decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high-performance outbound dialing systems.
  • Monitor and analyze dialer platform performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all dialing activities are in compliance with established strategies.
  • Analyze large datasets to optimize contact rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide critical insights to the collections team to inform decision-making processes.
