About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive digitization efforts for HR processes across our global entities. You will oversee global recruitment, manage HR processes, ensure compliance, coordinate international operations, and implement initiatives across global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manpower planning and organizational structuring for international teams and subsidiaries.
- Manage and coordinate with global search firms and recruitment agencies.
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies for all international entities.
- Source candidates for international vacancies through multiple channels, including job portals, recruitment consultants, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for senior international hires.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and 8-10 years of experience in international recruitment, HR operations, and coordination. Strong capabilities in manpower planning and organizational structuring, as well as experience in managing HR processes across global locations, are essential.
