We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to play a pivotal role in our lead generation program. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in pre-qualifying leads by calling/emailing prospects, reaching out to them via LinkedIn and establishing a connection, scheduling an appointment for our Pre-Sales team, and adhering to all SDR protocols stipulated by the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and strategic market analysis.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
  • Foster lasting relationships with potential customers by following up with leads, nurturing them through the sales process, and providing exceptional customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, monitor sales progress, and report on activity and achievements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and sales materials.
Requirements:
  • A driven sales professional with a proven track record of identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Skilled in communication, able to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business management.
  • 4+ years of experience in online sales preferably for SaaS companies.
  • Selling AI solutions or products is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Individuals ready to work in US shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
