Job Title: SAP Datasphere Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge data management and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and integrating complex data pipelines and models, ensuring seamless integration with BW/4HANA, SAC, and other data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enterprise Data Architect
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and integrations within SAP Datasphere and associated SAP environments.
  • Data Modeling and Pipelining Expert
  • Develop logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains that meet business requirements and ensure high data quality.
  • Security and Governance Specialist
  • Manage tenant setup, user roles, object- and row-level security, and metadata catalogs to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • API and Integration Expert
  • Connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Migration and Lifecycle Manager
  • Handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge, ensuring smooth migration and lifecycle management.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
  • Optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability, ensuring the highest level of data quality and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong data modeling skills (SQL, CDS, graph).
  • Proficiency in replication, ETL, task chains.
  • Expertise in security design: roles, scopes, cataloging.
  • Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with SAC, external APIs, and scripting languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of SAP BTP architecture and cloud security.
  • Domain Knowledge
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Sales).
  • Experience with BI tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, or SAC.
  • Experience with SAC scripting or predictive analytics is a plus.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7 years experience in SAP BW/HANA analytics.
At least 2 years of SAP Datasphere-focused project work.
