We seek a seasoned Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and optimize our performance marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Leading the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyzing campaign performance and continuously optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitoring and managing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Building and managing marketing budgets, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Experience handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrating a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
