Sapdra, Inc. is establishing a state-of-the-art multi-specialty hospital in Aligarh, offering a wide range of medical services. We are seeking an experienced MBBS Doctor to take on the role of Medical Director, responsible for managing and overseeing all departments and ensuring the hospital's success from its inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Setup & Management:
    • Oversight of hospital establishment, ensuring all departments are operational and compliant with medical regulations.
    • Utilization of medical license for hospital registration and legal compliance.
  • Operational Leadership:
    • Direct and manage all hospital departments, including sonography, X-ray, ultrasound, blood testing, dental, dermatology, and general medicine.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Leadership, mentorship, and management of a team of doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
    • Conduct regular meetings to align staff with hospital goals and standards.
  • Patient Care & Services:
    • Overseeing patient treatment plans, ensuring ethical practices and high standards of care.
    • Addressing complex medical cases and providing second opinions as needed.
  • Business Development:
    • Driving growth by building relationships with the community and promoting hospital services.
    • Monitoring market trends to introduce new services and technologies in the hospital.
  • Compliance & Licensing:
    • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Keeping hospital operations aligned with ethical and professional medical practices.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Collaboration with the administrative team to set budgets and manage expenses.
    • Tracking hospital performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBBS degree from a recognized institution (valid medical license required).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice or hospital management.
    • Prior leadership experience in managing or establishing a healthcare facility is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in hospital administration and healthcare systems.
    • Business acumen to manage hospital operations effectively.
