Lead Creative Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Creative Visionary to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to drive impactful campaigns and sales initiatives.

This role demands someone who can bring fresh ideas to life while guiding the team towards excellence. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies, leading content direction, and reviewing designs to maintain brand consistency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and pitch presentations.
  • Content Direction: Lead content direction – ensuring engaging, high-quality content in English and Malayalam.
  • Design Review: Review and provide feedback on designs, video edits, and creative outputs to maintain brand consistency and innovation.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to craft impactful strategies that support business growth and new client pitches.
  • Technology Adoption: Stay updated and adopt AI-driven tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Braintstorming Sessions: Drive brainstorming sessions, ensuring the team delivers fresh, original, and effective ideas.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the creative team while aligning with business objectives.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Languages: Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Creative Expertise: Expertise in content creation, storytelling, and campaign strategy.
  • Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with AI tools, digital marketing basics, and sales strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a diverse creative team.
  • Review Skills: Ability to review and improve design and video work with a keen creative eye.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills for pitching ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Innovation: A passion for creativity and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
