We are seeking an exceptional Java Backend Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Integrate with third-party systems, databases, and internal microservices.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is a plus.
  • Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is desirable.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and source control (Git).
  • Understanding of containerization and Docker knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Good understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is an advantage.
