Job Title: Process Developer/Business Analyst

This is a challenging and highly impactful role that requires an expert in actuarial processes to drive transformation and improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with team leaders in Actuarial teams to drive project closure, providing technical support, producing and reviewing documents, and serving as the subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with team leaders to drive project closure.
  • Providing technical support to the team.
  • Producing and reviewing documents to ensure adherence to guidance provided by the Client process owner.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Performing tasks/projects/analysis assigned by the Client process manager.
  • Coordinating and driving synergy with Genpact Onshore Lead/s and team members.
  • Ensuring all teams maintain task lists, project lists, and ad-hoc project lists.

Requirements include:

  • A BS/BA Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related major.
  • Partially qualified Actuarial student - 9+ Actuarial exams cleared with Relevant years experience in Life/Annuity Insurance or Financial Services industry.
  • Working knowledge and background on Actuarial tools and techniques, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
