Job Title: Navigation and Integrated Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Navigation and Integrated Systems Engineer. This is a critical role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • The Navigation and Integrated Systems Engineer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the maintenance of navigation integrated systems on vessels, ensuring compliance with IMS and international regulations.
  • This involves working closely with vessel superintendents, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify and address technical issues, implement solutions, and ensure operational availability.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the maintenance of navigation integrated systems on vessels.
  • Ensure compliance with IMS and international regulations.
  • Work with vessel superintendents, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify and address technical issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Ensure operational availability of navigation integrated systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • 3 years' experience in support of vessels preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of integrated radio and navigation systems, OT networking, and cybersecurity controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

  • Project management skills.
  • Competencies in software programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Education:
