Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP professional to lead the development and support of our SAP ECC and IBP solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in SAP ABAP, with expertise in reporting, dialog programming, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions including reporting, dialog programming, forms, workflows, enhancements, and interfaces.
  • Lead the technical integration between SAP ECC and SAP IBP using middleware tools such as CPI.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical specifications, code, perform unit testing, and document solutions.
  • Provide technical support for SIOP processes and work closely with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams.
  • Guide and perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to ABAP coding standards.
  • Create technical documentation, test plans, and participate in testing activities.
  • Support multiple SAP supply chain modules and ensure end-to-end integration and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7–9 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience in development and support.
  • Expertise in ABAP Reporting, Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, Workflow, BDC, BAPI, LSMW, Data Dictionary, RFCs, Object-Oriented ABAP, ALE/IDoc, EDI, ABAP Proxy, OData Services, XML-based integrations.
  • Experience in developing and optimizing custom ABAP code.
  • Experience in SAP IBP integrations using CPI, PI/PO, SDI or similar middleware tools.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
  • Experience with SAP IBP object development and integration.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and supply chain processes in SAP.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SAP CPI DS, managing tasks and process chains.
  • Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP BI/Analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence for project tracking.
  • Formal training or certifications in problem-solving or SAP methodologies.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Open to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Willing to work extra hours when project deadlines require.
