Job Title: Data Insight Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our measurement team. As an experienced coordinator and project leader, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital advertising effectiveness research projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and communication. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully execute tasks across multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of quality and internal communication.
  • Compile and extract data from various software platforms, including proprietary software, Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Qualtrics.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to manage internal stakeholder expectations and project plans, providing status updates throughout the service delivery process.
  • Independently complete tasks by utilizing Standard Operating Procedures, documentation, training materials, Slack, and various team resources.
  • Manage tasks within the lifecycle of media measurement research projects, including pixel generation, project setup, and reporting.
  • Achieve client measurement goals by utilizing clear and proactive communication internally and externally to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Understand and follow best practices and standard operating procedures to work efficiently as an account team, identifying project challenges, implementing solutions, and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients under tight deadlines.
  • Mastery of the English language for both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Excel and advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals.
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts.
  • An innate sense of accountability.
  • Flexibility in the ever-changing market research technology landscape.
  • Positive attitude with a team-player mentality.
