Job Description

SAP Test Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire test lifecycle of projects and upgrades.

  • Manage test activities for all phases of a project, including stakeholder communication, providing guidance to project management, and ensuring accurate traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios.
  • Coordinate with testers to create and deliver test cases within designated tools, track progress, and manage test artefacts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Management: Develop and implement effective test strategies, ensure seamless execution, and maintain accurate records.
  • Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Defect Management: Analyze defects, coordinate with DevOps, and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite), Worksoft Certify, PowerBI, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, Signavio Integration, and Jira.
  • Test Management: Strong understanding of Release testing lifecycle, test case creation, and execution strategies.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent collaboration skills, ability to present and provide training, and prepare actionable insights for stakeholders.
