Growth Automation Role

We are building the world's first autonomous AI CMO, and we're looking for a talented growth automation engineer to drive high-return-on-investment campaigns without needing data science or engineering expertise.

As a key member of our team, you will own our go-to-market automation stack, bringing engineering discipline to sales and marketing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing automation pipelines using Python and tools like n8n/Zapier for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach.
  • Integrating AI APIs into GTM workflows for personalization and lead scoring.
  • Automating discovery and engagement on various channels, including social media.
  • Cleaning and modeling data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Experimenting with growth hacks, prototyping, measuring, and iterating rapidly.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.
  • Strong skills in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI APIs is a plus.
  • A startup mindset, being scrappy, fast, and outcome-oriented.
