Digital Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Digital QA Automation Engineer who has expertise in Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain automation frameworks, write test scripts, and perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with a programming language like Java.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Automation Framework Development:
    • Design and build automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and relevant tools.
  • Test Script Development:
    • Develop, execute, and debug high-quality automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and relevant tools.
  • Cross-Browser Testing:
    • Execute test cases across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, etc.) and platforms.
  • Test Data Management:
    • Collect and manage test data for data-driven testing.
  • Defect Reporting:
    • Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure test objectives are met.
  • Regression Testing:
    • Perform and manage regression testing to ensure application stability.
  • CI/CD Integration:
    • Integrate automation tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira, TestNG, Cucumber/BDD, API testing, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additional desired skills include performance testing, cloud platforms, documentation, and strong problem-solving skills.

This is an in-office role, requiring the successful candidate to work from our office location. Works hours will be 11:30 AM to 4 PM from Gurgaon Office and 9 PM to 12:30 AM from Home.
