The Strategic Electronics Business Unit

We specialize in designing, developing and manufacturing complex products for Defence and Space customers. We are a leading industry partner for India's DRDO labs, Defence PSUs, and the Indian Space Research Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop signal processing algorithms for Radar systems, utilizing MATLAB/SIMULINK tools.
  • Develop a good understanding of communication type architectures, waveforms, and perform simulations using simulation tools.
  • Optimize existing algorithms for performance improvements, analyzing radar data to validate algorithm performance.
  • Model and predict radar system behavior using simulation tools, integrating signal processing algorithms into radar systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams for seamless integration, conducting tests and evaluations of radar systems to assess performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to signal processing, preparing technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Presentation of findings and updates to stakeholders, exploring and proposing new techniques to improve radar capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C++, or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and experience with simulation tools and environments.
  • Understanding of radar theory and principles, familiarity with radar systems and their components.
  • Experience with algorithm development and optimization, familiarity with electronic warfare and defense applications.
  • Familiarity with radar hardware and field testing, BE/B Tech in E&C/CS/IS or ME/M Tech in Signal Processing with a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a reputed Electronics industry in Signal Processing.
  • Proven experience in radar signal processing or a related field.
