Business Analyst for Data Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead the migration of enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document analytics and reporting needs.
  • Analyze feasibility studies to identify source systems, data sets, and tables needed to fulfill requirements.
  • Convert functional requirements into technical solutions and create detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents.
  • Perform unit testing of solutions, support user acceptance testing, and facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience working on Analytics-related projects and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
