Job Title: Data Analyst

This role requires someone who can build and maintain large-scale predictive models. It is ideal for those with a solid understanding of statistics, SQL, and Python. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop metrics for ranking.

A strong background in experiment design and causal thinking is also required. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Develop key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems
  • Design/run experiments and A/B tests; turn results into product decisions within a week
  • Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models for team self-service
  • Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency
  • Prototype machine learning models to improve matching and scoring
  • Evaluate LLM-powered agents: design rubrics, human-in-the-loop studies, and guardrail canaries

You will thrive here if you have a solid foundation in statistics, SQL, and Python, and can iterate fast while communicating effectively.

We are looking for someone with 0–2 years of experience in data science/analytics or similar. A BS/BA in a quantitative field (or equivalent work) is also required. Strong SQL skills and Python proficiency for analysis are essential. Excellent communication skills to work with engineers, PMs, and leadership are necessary.
